Pinole Valley won the last time they faced St. Patrick-St. Vincent and things went their way on Friday too. The Pinole Valley Spartans put the hurt on the St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins with a sharp 54-31 win. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Pinole Valley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Dannyae Turner out in front who posted eight points in addition to nine boards and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Henriana Hudson, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 21 rebounds.

Pinole Valley has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points over those games. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season.

Pinole Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-23 win against Petaluma on the 1st. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, they have also already played their next game, a 51-36 victory against Bethel on the 4th.
