Basketball Recap: Hilo Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Island, Hilo was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Kapa'a Warriors by a score of 36-25. While the Vikings didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Hilo is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Kapa'a, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Hilo will head out to face off against Hawaii Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kapa'a, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Island at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
