King has gone 10-0 against Corona recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The King Wolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Corona Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for King's offense. They came up short against Roosevelt on Tuesday, falling 4-0. The defeat continues a trend for Wolves in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Corona has been on a difficult stretch since their win on December 21. They fell 2-0 to Norco on Tuesday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Panthers couldn't quite close it out.

Corona's loss dropped their record down to 7-7-3. As for King, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7-3.

King was able to grind out a solid win over Corona in their previous matchup two weeks ago, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for King since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
