Soccer Game Preview: Kimball vs. Lincoln

The Kimball Jaguars are taking a road trip to square off against the Lincoln Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kimball's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Kimball turned things around against West on Wednesday. Both finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Lincoln made sure to put some goals up on the board against Tracy on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Bulldogs. Considering the Trojans have won ten matchups by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lincoln is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which somehow still isn't as good as their 13-3-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. Kimball's draw makes their record 2-8-3 this season.
