It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Worth County had no problem doing just that on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Dublin Fighting Irish a 10-0 shutout. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Worth County has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for Dublin, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-10.
