Soccer Recap: Piedmont Takes a Loss

Piedmont lost against Alameda last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Piedmont Highlanders fell just short of the Alameda Hornets by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Highlanders have lost by just one goal.

Piedmont now has a losing record at 4-5-2. As for Alameda, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Piedmont has already played their next game, a 9-0 defeat against Bishop O'Dowd on the 24th. As for Alameda, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Berkeley on the 24th.
