Softball Recap: Grinnell Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Saturday. Grinnell came up short against Gilbert, falling 9-3. Grinnell has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grinnell's loss dropped their record down to 28-9. As for Gilbert, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-15.

Grinnell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gilbert, they will challenge Pella on Tuesday. The Dutch will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
