Soccer Game Preview: AGBU vs. Buckley

The AGBU Titans will square off against the Buckley Griffins at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

AGBU lost 5-2 to de Toledo on Tuesday. AGBU haven't had much luck with de Toledo recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 13 goals the game before, Buckley was a bit more limited in their matchup on Monday. They came up short against Malibu, falling 5-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Buckley were already down 4-1.

Buckley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for AGBU, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

AGBU might still be hurting after the 9-0 defeat they got from Buckley in their previous meeting back in January of 2019. Can the Titans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
