Basketball Recap: Guajome Park Academy Takes a Loss

Guajome Park Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 38-27 to the High Tech NC Raptor. The Frogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raptor earlier this season, when they won 24-23.

Guajome Park Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for High Tech NC, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Guajome Park Academy and High Tech NC's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Guajome Park Academy and Coastal Academy (who has only given up 24.22 points per game) will meet at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, High Tech NC will take on School for Entrepreneurship & Technology at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, a squad that's only allowed 29.69 points per game.
