Basketball Recap: Jim Thorpe Comes Up Short

Jim Thorpe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a blow against the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs, falling 60-32. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Olympians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-35 last Tuesday.

Jim Thorpe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Northern Lehigh, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Jim Thorpe will take on Lehighton at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northern Lehigh, they are taking a road trip to square off against Palmerton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
