Baseball Recap: Granite Hills Comes Up Short

Granite Hills and San Marcos squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Granite Hills had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Eagles have suffered since March 20th.

Granite Hills' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-6. As for San Marcos, they pushed their record up to 19-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.
