Softball Recap: Tupelo Comes Up Short

After flying high against Maud on Tuesday, Tupelo came back down to earth. Tupelo fell just short of Roff by a score of 5-4 on Thursday. Tupelo hasn't had much luck with Roff recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Tupelo now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Roff, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tupelo will square off against Ada at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Roff, they will venture away from home to take on Caney at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
