The Toros took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marquez Gladiators on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for Torres in their meetings with Marquez: they've now lost four in a row.

Torres' defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Marquez, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Torres will square off against Elizabeth at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marquez, they will take on Maywood CES at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Marquez will need to watch out since Maywood CES have now posted at least four goals in their last four matchups.
