Lee County waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Perry Panthers as they made off with a 12-5 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by six runs or more this season.

Lee County's victory bumped their record up to 18-10. As for Perry, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.

Coming up, Lee County will take on Colquitt County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Perry, they will host Wayne County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Yellow Jackets' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
