Baseball Recap: Chandler Comes Up Short

The matchup between Chandler and Casteel on Tuesday hardly resembled the 3-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Wolves came up short against the Colts, falling 22-1. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Chandler saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colin Murphy, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Chandler's loss dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Casteel, they pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

While Chandler had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
