Basketball Recap: Southern Fulton Starts off Right with Win over Meyersdale + How To Watch

Southern Fulton had to kick off their season on the road on Wednesday, but they showed no ill effects. They put the hurt on the Meyersdale Red Raiders with a sharp 56-33 win. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Red Raiders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Leading Southern Fulton to victory were Claire Harvey and Bailey Hull. Harvey almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine rebounds, while Hull went 8-for-16 to rack up 18 points and three steals. The contest was Harvey's 18th in a row with at least 15 points. Mae Hoopengardner was another key player, putting up four points and seven boards.

Southern Fulton was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2024.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
