Softball Recap: Adairsville Tigers vs. Gordon Central Warriors
There's no place like home for Adairsville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Everything went their way against the Gordon Central Warriors on Wednesday as they made off with a 15-0 victory. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
Chloe Hill was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
