Everything went their way against the Northside Eagles on Thursday as they made off with a 20-0 victory. The Trojans have beaten the Eagles the last nine times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.
Ella Edge was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ella Winters, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and three RBI.
Coffee always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .676. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Northside only posted an OBP of .182.
