North Grand won the last time they faced Kelly and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagle Owls came out on top in a nail-biter against the Trojans, sneaking past 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for North Grand.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-7-1. As for Kelly, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6-3.

Looking ahead, North Grand will welcome Kenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kenwood's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Kelly, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Victoria Soto at 5:00 p.m. on the 20th.
