Baseball Recap: Winder-Barrow Gets the Win

The Winder-Barrow Bulldogs were able to grind out a solid win over the Prestonsburg Blackcats on Friday, taking the game 8-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Winder-Barrow's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Prestonsburg, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Winder-Barrow will host Mill Creek at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Prestonsburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Paintsville at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
