Soccer Recap: St. Teresa's Catholic Comes Up Short

St. Teresa's Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sherwood Christian Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 last Friday.

St. Teresa's Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

St. Teresa's Catholic will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Central Georgia Arts at 4:30 p.m. on April 7. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 9-0 win against Georgia Christian on the 25th.
