Softball Recap: Southeast Colorado Takes a Loss

Southeast Colorado lost against Eaton back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Angels came up short against the Reds, falling 7-1. The Angels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeast Colorado now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Eaton, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Southeast Colorado will square off against Pomona at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Eaton, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Palmer Ridge at 10:00 a.m. The Reds' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bears have averaged an impressive 10.1 runs per game this season.
