Softball Recap: Greenbrier's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

It was a good run, but Greenbrier unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 7-0 to the Glynn Academy Terrors. The Wolfpack were not able to make up for their defeat to the Terrors from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Greenbrier's loss dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Glynn Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Greenbrier does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Glynn Academy, they will head out to challenge Brantley County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Terrors 2, the Herons 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
