After flying high against Chattahoochee last Tuesday, West Forsyth came back down to earth. The West Forsyth Wolverines fell 15-12 to the King's Ridge Christian Tigers on Friday. Even though they lost, the Wolverines' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.7 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Mason Meehan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. That home run marked the first that he's launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Meehan, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

West Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for King's Ridge Christian, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Forsyth will host Lassiter at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for King's Ridge Christian, they will welcome The King's Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
