North Tahoe has gone 9-1 against Elko recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Lakers will welcome the Indians at 12:00 p.m. North Tahoe will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Elko better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if North Tahoe's game on Friday is any indication, that's when North Tahoe really gets things going. The Lakers never let West Wendover get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for North Tahoe, who have now won three contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Elko didn't have quite enough to beat Truckee on Friday and fell 5-4.

Elko now has a losing record of 2-3-2. As for North Tahoe, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

North Tahoe beat Elko 3-1 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Do the Lakers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
