Highland Tech extended their losing streak to four on Wednesday, dropping them down to 1-6. They took a 59-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-43 last Thursday.

Despite the defeat, Highland Tech saw an underclassman step up: freshman Darius Stinson Jr posted 31 points. Stinson Jr also set a new season-high mark in three-point shooting accuracy with 43%. Another player making a difference was Irvin Thompson, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 16 rebounds.
