Football Recap: Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep Takes a Loss

If Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep was feeling good fresh off their 48-14 takedown of Camden/FAIR Downtown last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Centaur had to suffer through a 56-20 loss at the hands of St. Croix Lutheran/New Life Academy/Unity/Meadow Lake Woods Academy. The Centaur were not able to make up for their defeat to St. Croix Lutheran/New Life Academy/Unity/Meadow Lake Woods Academy from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Croix Lutheran/New Life Academy/Unity/Meadow Lake Woods Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep will challenge Richfield at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for St. Croix Lutheran/New Life Academy/Unity/Meadow Lake Woods Academy, they will take on Concordia Academy/St. Croix Prep/Hand in Hand Christian Montessori at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will give St. Croix Lutheran/New Life Academy/Unity/Meadow Lake Woods Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season.
