Soccer Recap: Chestatee Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Chestatee has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They came up short against the Gainesville Red Elephants on Tuesday, falling 4-0. If Chestatee were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Gainesville when the teams met back in February of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chestatee's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Gainesville, they moved to 10-5 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Chestatee will be playing at home against Trion at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Gainesville, they will head out on the road to take on Milton at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
