Duluth has gone a perfect 10-0 against Meadowcreek recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Wildcats will challenge the Mustangs at 4:15 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Duluth and 15 for Meadowcreek.

It was a proper cat-fight when Duluth duked it out with Parkview on Tuesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Panthers, falling 15-1.

Meanwhile, Meadowcreek lost 13-3 to North Gwinnett on Monday.

Meadowcreek saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Piner, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Eduardo Alaniz also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Meadowcreek's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Duluth, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14.

Duluth took their victory against Meadowcreek in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 14-1 score. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
