Football Recap: Dorman Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Dorman couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes on Friday, falling 30-10. The Cavaliers were red-hot offensively heading into the contest (they scored no less than 31 points in the three matchups prior), but the Silver Foxes' defense proved too tough.

Meek Slydell threw for 70 yards and one TD. On the ground, Nick Means rushed for 76 yards.

Dutch Fork's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Quintin Wilson, who rushed for 84 yards and a pair of scores. Another rusher making a difference was Sheldon Shine, who rushed for 48 yards and one touchdown.

With the loss, Dorman broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-3. As for Dutch Fork, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.
