Soccer Recap: Colusa Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Colusa after they claimed the first goal on Monday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Pierce Bears by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the RedHawks couldn't push the score so high this time.

Colusa's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Pierce, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Colusa didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 victory against Willows on the 12th. As for Pierce, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-2 draw against Williams on the 11th.
