Baseball Recap: Denmark Comes Up Short

Denmark lost against West Forsyth last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Denmark came up short against West Forsyth, falling 11-1. Denmark has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Denmark saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thatcher Dumford, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Denmark's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for West Forsyth, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Denmark will welcome Redan at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for West Forsyth, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against North Atlanta at 3:00 p.m.
