Softball Recap: Ar-We-Va Comes Up Short

Ar-We-Va was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Glidden-Ralston Wildcats, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in June.

Ar-We-Va's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Glidden-Ralston, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-4.

Ar-We-Va didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against South Central Calhoun on the 1st. As for Glidden-Ralston, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 9-1 win against East Sac County on the 1st.
