Soccer Recap: South Fork Plays Ranked Match

South Fork faced Clear Lake in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked South Fork's first draw of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Hannah Savio, who's now up to two this season.

With that draw, South Fork's record moves to 0-2-1. Meanwhile, Clear Lake's record is now 2-2-1.

South Fork has already played their next contest, a 4-2 win against Mendocino on the 27th. As for Clear Lake, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 5-0 victory against Upper Lake on the 2nd.
