Basketball Recap: Dayspring Christian Academy Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Dayspring Christian Academy hadn't done well against Lititz Christian recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Everything went the Dayspring Christian Academy Warriors' way against the Lititz Christian Eagles as the Dayspring Christian Academy Warriors made off with a 48-27 win. While the Warriors didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The victory (which was Dayspring Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 5-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Lititz Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coincidentally, Dayspring Christian Academy and Lititz Christian will both be playing Covenant Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Dayspring Christian Academy will head out to face Covenant Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday, while Lititz Christian will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
