Jefferson County has gone a perfect 3-0 against Greene County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Jefferson County Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Greene County Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Jefferson County is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals last Thursday, they were much more limited against Academy for Classical Education on Tuesday. They came up short against the Gryphons, falling 7-0. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Greene County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to Flowery Branch. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 378th, while the Falcons are ranked 157th).

Greene County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Jefferson County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Everything went Jefferson County's way against Greene County when the teams last played back in February, as Jefferson County made off with a 10-0 win. Will Jefferson County repeat their success, or does Greene County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
