Football Recap: Johnson Starts Season with Win Against St. Agnes

Johnson had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the St. Agnes Aggies, posting a 57-30 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given the Governors' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota football rankings (they are ranked 256th, while the Aggies are ranked 121st).

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Johnson will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on St. Croix Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Agnes, they will square off against Minneapolis North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
