Soccer Recap: Buena Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Buena kept a clean sheet against Pacifica on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Tritons with a sharp 4-0 win. Given Buena's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 193rd, while Pacifica are ranked 716th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory (which was Buena's fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-8-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those four matches. As for Pacifica, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9-3 record this season.
