Lincoln North Star can attribute much of their success to Marie Paneitz, who had 12 digs, and Delainey Volkmer, who had 16 kills and ten digs. Volkmer is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season.
Norfolk has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Lincoln North Star, the win also got them back to even at 4-4.
