Basketball Recap: Oxford Takes a Loss

Oxford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 51-40 to the Great Valley Patriots. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-31 last Thursday.

Oxford's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Great Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Oxford has already played their next contest, a 43-38 loss against Sun Valley on the 30th. As for Great Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 45-42 victory against Bayard Rustin on the 30th.
