Each year since 2006, MaxPreps has recognized the nation's top high school football players. Thompson (Alabaster, Ala.) headlines the 2023 MaxPreps Freshman All-America Team. Seaborn led the Warriors to an 11-2 record and the Class 7A state championship game. He finished the year with over 2,500 yards passing and 27 touchdowns while completing 72 percent of his passes.
Selections are based on team success, individual production and local, regional and state honors from recently-completed season. Potential at the college level and professional level is not a primary consideration.
