Softball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

If Jefferson was feeling good fresh off their 12-5 takedown of Non Varsity Opponent on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Saints lost 16-6 to the Jefferson Academy Jaguars on Wednesday. The Saints haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Jefferson Academy, they moved to 6-14-1 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jefferson Academy, they will head out to face off against Forge Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
