Nicholas Gaoa put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in November of 2024 on Friday. He rushed for 262 yards and two scores. He was dominant the last time he took on Silverado back in October of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Gaoa is becoming a predictor of Barstow's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Coming up, Gaoa and Barstow will square off against Granite Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
