Softball Recap: Edgewood-Colesburg Continues Road Dominance on Monday

Edgewood-Colesburg barely beat Easton Valley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vikings blew past Easton Valley 16-1 on Monday. Considering the Vikings have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Edgewood-Colesburg pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Easton Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Edgewood-Colesburg beat Easton Valley by a score of 10-0 later that day.
