Softball Recap: North Yarmouth Academy's Run of Five Straight Wins Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Yarmouth Academy can now relate to. They fell just short of the Buckfield Bucks by a score of 6-4 on Wednesday. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bucks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in June of 2024.

North Yarmouth Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Nash, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
