Soccer Recap: Castle Takes a Loss

After soaring to six goals the game before, Castle was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They fell just short of the Jasper Wildcats by a score of 2-1. Castle were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Jasper apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Castle's loss dropped their record down to 10-3-1. As for Jasper, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3-2.

Coming up, Castle will challenge Evansville Mater Dei at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jasper, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 9-0 win against Evansville Bosse on the 29th.
