It's playoff time, and Rocklin had no trouble coming through when it counted. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the West Park Panthers 1-0. Give the Thunder's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Sydney Vu, who's now up to five this season.

Rocklin pushed their record up to 13-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four contests. As for West Park, they moved to 16-2 with that loss, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.

Coming up, Rocklin will challenge Granite Bay at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Rocklin is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season. West Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
