Football Recap: South Choctaw Academy Piles Up the Points Against Banks Academy

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lamar, South Choctaw Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 56-24 victory over the Banks Academy Jets.

The win got South Choctaw Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Banks Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

South Choctaw Academy and Banks Academy will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Rebels will square off against rival Sparta Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Banks Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe Bessemer Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
