Basketball Game Preview: Tesoro Titans vs. Capistrano Valley Cougars

Tesoro is headed into Tuesday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight losses. They were outmatched by Beckman and fell 70-32. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 421st, while the Patriots are ranked 83rd).

Meanwhile, Capistrano Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a blow against El Toro, falling 61-9.

Tesoro's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Capistrano Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-17.
