Moline is 8-2 against Rock Island since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Maroons will host the Rocks at 6:30 p.m.

Moline is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to seven goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Lincoln-Way East on Friday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Griffins who were credited with the win. Lincoln-Way East got it done in the shootout by posting eight goals to Moline's seven.

Last Tuesday, Rock Island beat Alleman 3-1. Rock Island found success even though the refs didn't miss a thing: Maesse Shukuru and Lawson Zulu were both handed yellow cards.

Rock Island hit Alleman with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alex Torres, Zulu, and Matendo Natani.

Rock Island's victory bumped their record up to 7-2-1. As for Moline, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Moline beat Rock Island 4-2 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Maroons repeat their success, or do the Rocks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
